Fredericksburg is a village in Salt Creek Township, Wayne County, Ohio, United States. The population was 487 at the 2000 census. Fredericksburg is part of the Southeast Local School System. It was founded in 1824 by Jacob Frederick, and incorporated as a village in 1867.
