Workers Compensation establishes the liability of an employer for injuries or sicknesses which arise out of and in the course of employment. The liability is created without regard to the fault or negligence of the employer. Wilson is a census-designated place (CDP) in Teton County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 1,294 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Jackson, WY–ID Micropolitan Statistical Area. Wilson was pioneered in 1889 by the author and former Pony Express rider Elijah Nicholas Wilson, and was later named in his honor.
