Securities registration requirement
Known as the Alaska Securities Act
The act spans §§ 45–45 (57 sections).
A person may not offer or sell a security in this state unless (1) the security is a federal covered security;
(2) the security is registered under this chapter; or
(3) the security or transaction is exempt from registration under AS 45.56.110 — 45.56.160.
