Penalty for Violation of Article.

Known as the Alabama Criminal Code

The act spans §§ 13A-10-1 to 13A-9-92 (653 sections).

Any person convicted of a violation under this article shall be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and shall be punished as prescribed by law under Sections 13A-5-7 and 13A-5-12.
