Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Comprehensive Criminal Proceeds Forfeiture Act

The act spans §§ 15-5-60 to 15-5-65 (6 sections).

This article shall be known and may be cited as the Alabama Comprehensive Criminal Proceeds Forfeiture Act.
