Short Title.

Known as the Education Retirees’ Trust Fund Funding Act

The act spans §§ 16-25D-1 to 16-25D-9 (10 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Education Retirees’ Trust Fund Funding Act of 2021.
