Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Land Recycling and Economic Redevelopment Act

The act spans §§ 22-30E-1 to 22-30E-9 (16 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Alabama Land Recycling and Economic Redevelopment Act.”
