Short Title.

Known as the Long-term Residential Health Care Recipient Ombudsman Act

The act spans §§ 22-5A-1–22-5A-7 (7 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Long-term Residential Health Care Recipient Ombudsman Act.”
