Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act

The act spans §§ 26-23B-1 to 26-23B-9 (9 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Alabama Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
