Short Title.

Known as the State Employee Retirees’ Trust Fund Funding Act

The act spans §§ 36-27E-1 to 36-27E-9 (10 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the State Employee Retirees’ Trust Fund Funding Act of 2022.
