Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Economic Incentive Enhancement Act

The act spans §§ 40-9D-1 to 40-9D-4 (4 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Alabama Economic Incentive Enhancement Act of 2007.”
