Wastewater Licensing Fund
Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Wastewater Licensing Fund”.
(2) The fund shall consist of examination, license, and license renewal fees as set out in § 8-5-209.
(3) The fund shall be used only for the administration of § 8-5-201 et seq.
