Whenever the terms “division,” “State Real Estate Division,” or “Real Estate Division” are used in this division, they mean the Department of Real Estate.

Whenever the terms “ State Real Estate Division” or “ Real Estate Division” are used in any other law, they mean the Department of Real Estate.
