The commissioner may prescribe by regulation the information which shall be contained in contracts or other agreements by a real estate broker, or a real estate salesperson, to assist another or others in filing an application for the purchase or lease of, or in locating or entering upon, lands owned by the state or federal government, including, but not limited to, information with regard to the services agreed to be performed and information with regard to the hazards which may prevent the person to be assisted in filing an application with the state or federal government ever receiving any state or federal land under the application.
