Seizure and Forfeiture of Property

Any alcoholic beverages or other property seized for forfeiture under this division, except automobiles or other vehicles, may be disposed of by the department, its officers, or employees by destruction or otherwise as provided in this division, upon order of the department made not less than l5 days after the date of seizure.
