The board shall collect a biennial fee, not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200), from any provider of a course in continuing education who requests approval by the board of such course for purposes of continuing education requirements under this chapter. That fee, however, shall in no event exceed that cost required for the board to administer the approval of continuing education courses by continuing education providers.
