Upon the making of any decision recommending the disbarment or suspension from practice of any member of the State Bar, the board shall immediately file a certified copy of the decision, together with the transcript and the findings, with the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court. Upon enrolling a member as an inactive member pursuant to Section 6007 of this code, or upon terminating or refusing to terminate such enrollment pursuant to such section the board shall immediately give appropriate written notice to the member and to the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court.

Upon enrolling a licensee as an inactive licensee pursuant to Section 6007 of this code, or upon terminating or refusing to terminate such enrollment pursuant to such section the State Bar Court shall immediately give appropriate written notice to the licensee and to the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court.
