No person shall be eligible to membership in the board who is a stockholder in, or an owner of, or financially interested directly or indirectly, in any company, organization, or concern supplying, delivering, or furnishing any guide dogs for use by the blind.
No person shall be eligible to membership in the board who is a stockholder in, or an owner of, or financially interested directly or indirectly, in any company, organization, or concern supplying, delivering, or furnishing any guide dogs for use by persons who are blind or visually impaired.
