Each of the appointed members of the board shall hold office for a term of four years and until his or her successor is appointed and qualified or until one year shall have elapsed since the expiration of the term for which he or she was appointed, whichever first occurs. No person shall serve as an appointed member of the board for more than two consecutive terms.
A guide dog school shall submit to the Department of Consumer Affairs on or before September 1 of each year a list of all trainers or guide dog instructors employed or contracted by the school. The department shall not charge a fee for the collection of this data.
