Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the director may assess a fine of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation against any licensee for a failure to comply with subdivision (e) of Section 7583.2 or Section 7583.11. In addition, the director may deny, suspend, or revoke a license issued under this chapter for a failure to comply with Section 7583.11.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the director may assess a fine of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation against any licensee for a failure to comply with subdivision (d) of Section 7583.2.
