The chief shall issue a pocket identification card to the owner, partners, officers, and qualified manager. The chief shall determine the form and content of the card. A photo identification card will be furnished to any owner, partner, officer, qualified manager, or branch office manager upon written request and payment of the fee prescribed by this chapter.
