Firearms Permits and Permits for Other Deadly and Nonlethal Weapons

Repealed (in Sec. 50) and added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 429, Sec. 51

(a) The firearms qualification card shall be mailed to the applicant at the address that appears on the application.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2018.
