Alarm Company Operators—Conduct of Business, Prohibited Acts and Citations

As of January 1, 2023
Notwithstanding any other law, commencing January 1, 2025, a licensee shall not conduct business under this chapter as a limited liability company.
Notwithstanding any other law, commencing January 1, 2030, a licensee shall not conduct business under this chapter as a limited liability company.
