Cremated Remains Disposer

(a) A cremated remains disposer who scatters any cremated human remains or hydrolyzed human remains without specific written instructions from the person having the right to control the disposition of the remains or who scatters any remains in a manner not in accordance with those instructions shall be subject to disciplinary action.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.
(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed.
