With the approval of the director, the board shall appoint a registrar, fix his or her compensation, and prescribe his or her duties.
(a) With the approval of the director, the board shall appoint a registrar, fix the registrar’s compensation, and prescribe the registrar’s duties.
The registrar is the executive officer and secretary of the board.
(b) The registrar is the executive officer and secretary of the board.
This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2015, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2015, deletes or extends that date.
(c) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2028, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2028, deletes or extends that date.
