All fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Electronic and Appliance Repair Fund, which fund is hereby created.
All fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Household Goods and Services Fund, which fund is hereby created.
