General Provisions and Definitions

Known as the Social Purpose Corporations Act

The act spans §§ 2500–3503 (60 sections).

Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 694, Sec. 23

“Disappearing social purpose corporation” means a constituent social purpose corporation that is not the surviving entity.
