The Joint Powers Southern California Regional Occupational Center and the Metropolitan Education District, a joint powers authority, shall be deemed to be school districts for purposes of Sections 17582 to 17592, inclusive, and for the purposes of Section 17584.
The Southern California Regional Occupational Center and the Metropolitan Education District, each of which is a joint powers authority, shall be deemed to be school districts for purposes of Sections 17582, 17589, and 17590.
