Disability Retirement

A member retired for disability under this part may elect an option pursuant to Section 24301 to modify the disability retirement allowance payable pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 24106.
A member retired for disability under this part may elect an option pursuant to Section 24332 to modify the disability retirement allowance payable pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 24106.
