Retirement allowances payable pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 24106 shall be reduced by an amount equal to the unmodified benefits paid or payable under a workers’ compensation program for the same impairment or impairments that qualify the member for a disability retirement allowance under this part. For purposes of this section, unmodified benefits are limited to benefits for either a temporary or permanent disability or for vocational rehabilitation paid or payable under the Workers’ Compensation Act.
