For the 1984–85 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall increase the funding amounts specified in Sections 42281, 42282, and 42284 by an amount proportionate to the increase applied to the statewide average revenue limit for unified school districts for the then current fiscal year.
