Each school district may make information regarding its schools, programs, policies, and procedures available to any interested person upon request.
(a) Each school district may make information regarding its schools, programs, policies, and procedures available to any interested person upon request.
(b) A school district of choice shall make public announcements regarding its schools, programs, policies, and procedures, including transportation options pursuant to Section 48311, if applicable, during the enrollment period.
