Indirect costs charged to regional occupational centers and programs may not exceed that of the school district or county office of education, as appropriate, prior year indirect cost rate as approved by the State Department of Education.
(a) Indirect costs charged to regional occupational centers and programs may not exceed the school district or county office of education, as appropriate, prior year indirect cost rate as approved by the department.
The indirect costs charged by county offices of education and school districts that provide regional occupational centers and programs services on behalf of the county office of education or joint powers authority, when added together, may not exceed the indirect cost rate approved by the State Department of Education for the county office of education or the school district, whichever is higher.
(b) The indirect costs charged by county offices of education and school districts that provide regional occupational centers and programs services on behalf of the county office of education or joint powers authority, when added together, may not exceed the indirect cost rate approved by the department for the county office of education or the school district, whichever is higher.
Revenue limit funds apportioned to a county office of education or school district for regional occupational centers and programs must be expended on programs and services offered by the regional occupational centers and programs.
