A nonpublic, nonsectarian school shall ensure private and confidential communication between a pupil of the nonpublic, nonsectarian school and members of the pupil’s individualized education program team, at the pupil’s discretion.
A nonpublic, nonsectarian school shall ensure private and confidential communication, including telecommunication, between a pupil of the nonpublic, nonsectarian school and members of the pupil’s individualized education program team and the department’s Constituent Services Office, at the pupil’s discretion.
