This article shall not apply to any records subject to a request made pursuant to the California Public Records Act, as set forth in Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 6250) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
This article shall not apply to any records subject to a request made pursuant to the California Public Records Act, as set forth in Division 10 (commencing with Section 7920.000) of Title 1 of the Government Code.
