Baccalaureate Degree Program

As of January 1, 2019
This article shall become inoperative on July 1, 2026, and as of January 1, 2027, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute that is enacted before January 1, 2027, deletes or extends that date.
Baccalaureate degree programs approved by the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges pursuant to this article before January 1, 2022, may continue to operate.
