California Community Schools Partnership Act

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall adopt rules and regulations for the effective administration of pregnant minors programs operated by school districts and county superintendents of schools for the purposes of Section 2551.3 and subdivision (d) of Section 42241.
This chapter shall be known, and may be cited, as the California Community Schools Partnership Act.
