Nothing in this chapter shall require a UC campus foundation to disclose information that is exempt from disclosure pursuant to the specific exemptions set forth under Sections 6254 to 6255, inclusive, of the Government Code.
Nothing in this chapter shall require a UC campus foundation to disclose information that is exempt from disclosure pursuant to an exemption set forth in Section 7922.000 of the Government Code or in any provision listed in Section 7920.505 of the Government Code.
