The precinct board shall enclose and seal in one or two packages, as determined by the elections official, all of the following:
(a) Two tally sheets, if ballots are to be tabulated manually at the precinct.
(b) The roster of voters.
(c) The copy of the index used as the voting record.
(d) The challenge list.
(e) The assisted voter’s list.
