Retail Licenses for Restricted Drugs

The fee for the renewal application for a license is twenty-five dollars ($25) per year. It is payable on or before January 31st of each year. If it is not so paid, a penalty of ten dollars ($10) shall be added to the fee.
The fee for the renewal application for a license is fifty dollars ($50) per year, payable on or before January 31 of each year. If the fee is not paid by that date, a penalty of fifty dollars ($50) shall be added to the fee.
