The penalty for the manufacture or distribution of a commercial feed without a valid license as specified in Section 15051 is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500). A second or subsequent violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
The penalty for the manufacture or distribution of a commercial feed without a valid license as specified in Section 15051 is a violation of this chapter.
