Regulations

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

Before being offered for either wholesale or retail sale, any whole carcass of poultry meat to which a spoilage retardant compound has been added shall be marked to indicate the retardant which was used. Such marking shall be affixed to the whole carcass of poultry meat or on the package in which it is offered for sale.
