Registration and Identification of Apiaries

No person shall maintain any apiary which is not registered pursuant to this article. Each registration is valid until January 1 of the following year.
It is unlawful for a person to maintain any apiary that is not registered pursuant to this article. Each registration is valid until January 1 of the following year.
