Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 4105

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, from December 14 to December 21, inclusive, of any year, the California Science Center may not charge parking fees for the parking facilities surrounding the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum when an event is being held at the facilities of the museum by a private nonprofit charitable organization for the purpose of collection and distribution of toys and food.
