~~Any~~ person may appeal to the secretary for a hearing if aggrieved by any one of the following actions or decisions:

A person may appeal to the secretary for a hearing under Section 205.668 of Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations or if aggrieved by any one of the following actions or decisions:

(a) Denial of any registration.

(b) ~~Revocation~~ of any registration.

(b) Suspension of any registration.
