Powers of the Director

The director may enter into cooperative agreements with the Secretary of Agriculture or the Administrator, Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. , Sec. 1621 et seq.), or both, to develop projects or programs which are designed to improve, expand, and correlate the work of both agencies in any of the following:
