Farm to Community Food Hub Program

The implementation of this article is contingent upon an appropriation of funds by the Legislature for its purposes, including the department’s administrative costs.
This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute that is enacted before January 1, 2034, deletes or extends that date.
