Short Title and Definitions

“Class 1 milk” means market milk, market skim milk, and market cream that is supplied to consumers or used for the purposes specified in Section 61932.
“Class I milk” has the meaning of that term as defined in Section 1051.40 of Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and includes both pooled and nonpooled milk.
