The commission may appoint a manager, a treasurer and a secretary. The compensation of each officer shall be fixed by the commission and they shall serve at the pleasure of the commission with such powers and duties as may be delegated to them by the commission. No such officer shall be a member of the commission.
The commission may employ a president, a treasurer, and a secretary. An officer employed pursuant to this section shall not be a commissioner.
