In addition to any other penalty prescribed in this code, the license issued pursuant to Sections 8032 to 8036, inclusive, to any person who is convicted of a violation of Section 7121, 7364, 7370, 8372, or 8373 shall be suspended for not less than seven days nor more than 30 days. Each day any fish of the species designated in any of those sections, or any part thereof, is unlawfully possessed and each unlawful transaction involving the purchase or sale of any fish of those species, or any part thereof, by a wholesale fish dealer is a separate violation.
